Job summary

Texas Health is inviting applications for a Special Procedures Technician in Flower Mound, TX. This full-time, day-shift role supports advanced cardiovascular imaging in a state-of-the-art Cath Lab with a collaborative team and commitment to excellent patient care.

Work location is 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028. Requirements include ARRT/GMRT/RCIS/LMRT certifications, BCLS/ACLS within timelines, and 1 year radiologic or cardiovascular invasive experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• ARRT, GMRT, RCIS, LMRT certifications due within specified timelines.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required within defined timelines.
• One year Radiologic or Cardiovascular Invasive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex imaging procedures and invasive cardiovascular exams under supervision.
• Prepare exam rooms, verify orders, greet patients, and monitor during imaging.
• Process and transfer images to PACS/HIS/RIS; maintain equipment and safety standards.
