Job summary

Texas Health Resources is hiring a Cath Lab Special Procedures Tech for the Interventional Radiology Cath Lab at Texas Health Denton. This full-time role offers a 40-hour day shift with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a strong team-based environment.

Qualifications include an associate degree or accredited cardiovascular technology program, RCIS within 6 months of hire, and ARRT certification. Prior vascular/cardiac angiography experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or accredited cardiovascular tech program; RCIS within 6 months of hire.
• License: ARRT, RCIS, GMRT/LMRT or equivalent; BCLS and ACLS.
• 2+ years in invasive cardiology and/or vascular imaging preferred.

Qualifications - External

• Education
• Associate's degree Applied Science Req Or
• Other completion of accredited program in cardiovascular technology Must obtain RCIS within 6 months of hire Req Or
• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 2 Years work experience in invasive cardiology Req

Experience

• 1 Year vascular or cardiac angiography Pref or

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req
