A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Cath Lab RN Traveler for day shifts in Evanston, IL. This role involves providing direct patient care, coordinating all disciplines for well-coordinated care, and assessing patient needs. PAY RATE:$55-$58
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1-2 year of cumulative job specific experience required. Cardiac Cath Lab and IR experience strongly preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE LISTED IN THIS JOB ORDER. OR/IR coverage and the Call requirements is every 3rd weekend and at least 16 On-calls in 6-week period.
