Soliant Health is seeking two experienced Cath Lab RNs for a vital role in Hackensack, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing high-quality patient care in the cath lab setting.

Job Overview

As a Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with various patient care tasks. Your role will include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to each patient's needs. You will be involved in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care, ensuring evidence-based practices are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians during procedures.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individual patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the overall care of patients.
• Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Critical care experience highly preferred.
• Prior experience with EPIC and Sensis is highly preferred.
  
  

Schedule Notes

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM, 3 x 12-hour shifts
• Weekend Requirement: On call 1 weekend per month
• Holiday Requirement: On call 1 holiday per year
• On-Call Requirement: 2 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month
• Float Requirement: Prep/recovery for the lab as needed
