Job summary

Huntsville Hospital seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

The role directs and coordinates all nursing care, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Alabama licensure and BLS are required; ACLS due within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing and able to perform waived testing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Surgical Services, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical settings.
• Alabama RN license, current BLS; ACLS certification current or to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities
