UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is hiring registered nurses in Illinois to join a compassionate care team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

RN license required.
BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
Advocate for and protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
Provide patient and family education and evaluate teaching effectiveness.
