Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab in Montana. The role requires a qualified RN with Cath Lab experience and current state licensure, plus BLS/ACLS certifications. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate and targeting a permanent, full-time schedule.

The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient cardiac procedural care within a collaborative team that values patient outcomes and teamwork in a community-friendly Montana hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• Minimum 2 years direct Cath Lab experience as an RN.
• Current RN licensure (required).
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing and coronary care nursing practices.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records.
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions.
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call.
