Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join the HealthPark Medical Center team. The role focuses on high-acuity cardiovascular care in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment, with call coverage as needed.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Florida RN license, and 1+ year critical care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with strong communication and computer skills. Relocation and housing incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of one-year critical care nursing experience.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS.
• License: Current RN licensure in Florida.
• Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care through the nursing process per ANA standards.
• Assist Cardiologists with invasive cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab/EP Lab.
• Circulating, scrubbing, recording, and 2nd circulating in procedures.
• Collaborate with disciplines to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
• Support Magnet Journey initiatives and professional development.
