Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a RN PRN to join the Cath Lab team. The RN will deliver patient-centered care across the nursing process, coordinate with physicians, and assist during catheterization procedures.

A focus on safety, documentation, and timely communication is essential. The role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience and an active RN license in the state, with BCLS on file; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care following the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration.
• Assist cardiologist during catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies, including CPR.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.
• Ensure infection control standards and safe equipment operation.
