• Produces accurate and timely medical records based on intervention procedures and patient conditions
• Trains and supervises new personnel, providing orientation and ongoing education
• Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and safety regulations
