Job summary

Mercy Hospital St Louis Cath Lab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts in our cath lab. You will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinate with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Experience in Cath Lab or critical care, nursing degree, RN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experienced RN with at least one year of Cath Lab or critical care experience.
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Preferred Education: BSN
• License: current RN license in our state
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
