Job summary

Mercy Hospital St Louis Cath Lab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the cath lab. The FT day shift, 7:30am-4pm, includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and call requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least one year in Cath Lab or critical care.
• Education: Nursing degree required.
• Preferred education: BSN.
• License: current RN license in our state.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care delivery.
• Evaluates care effectiveness by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
