DeTar Healthcare System in Victoria, Texas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care teams with a focus on patient-centered nursing care. You will coordinate care, assist physicians, and monitor patients across ICU/ER/Cath Lab settings, delivering high-quality, compassionate care within established protocols.

Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of ICU and/or ER experience, with Cath Lab exposure preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years ICU and/or ER experience required; Cath Lab experience preferred.
• RN licensure and active nursing credentials required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are preferred or required per unit policy.
• Experience with infection control and patient safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope of practice.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities as needed.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record and ensures patient education.
