Job summary

The Medical Center of Aurora, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Vail Float pool to support telemetry and medical-surgical patients. You will function as the primary nurse and care coordinator, coordinating with the health care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates bring Colorado RN licensure, BLS, ACLS as required for senior tiers, and 2–3 years of acute/critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure; BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS required for Tier IV and V; BSN preferred.
• Two to three years of acute/critical care experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care as primary nurse and/or care coordinator for telemetry and/or medical-surgical patients.
• Lead collaboration across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Supervise assistive personnel and maintain accountability for patient care.
