Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced RN to provide high‑quality cath lab care in a fast‑paced hospital setting. You will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and deliver safe care throughout admission to discharge.

Requirements include an RN license, BLS, 2 years cath lab experience, and associate degree. ACLS/PALS/TNCC are preferred; Florida Level 2 background screening may apply. Schedule is PRN, day shifts in a facility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Cath lab nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
RN license and BLS required.

Responsibilities

Provides education to patients and families from admission to discharge.
Documents education provided and initiates referrals as needed.
Delivers competent care, administers medications, and responds to code situations.
Manages admissions, transfers, and discharges; verifies orders and collects specimens.
Evaluates care plans and ensures safe care delivery.
