Job summary

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking an RN for the Cath Lab Holding area to provide pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac and interventional patients. You will assess patients, monitor rhythms, manage IV therapy, and educate patients while coordinating with the cath lab team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• Experience in cath lab or peri-procedural care preferred.
• Able to monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care for cath lab patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer IV therapy.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with cath lab team and document care.
