Baptist Health is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced inpatient setting. You will work with a skilled team, manage complex cases, and support patients and families with compassionate care.

Responsibilities include assessments, data interpretation from specialized equipment, care plan development, and collaboration with physicians. Eligible candidates hold RN licensure and required certifications, with opportunities for growth across

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
• NICU requires NRP.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive assessments, recognizes critical changes, and initiates interventions.
• Manages data from specialized monitors and ventilators.
• Develops and updates personalized care plans and documents per standards.
• Advocates for patients and families with compassionate care.
• Collaborates with physicians and teams to coordinate care; delegates tasks as needed.
• Functions as preceptor, charge nurse, educator, or clinician; supports onboarding.
