Job summary

UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced RN for our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The role requires 1+ year cath lab and ICU RN experience, with rotating overnight/weekend call and a Monday-Friday schedule in days.

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensure safety, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an onsite hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year cath lab RN experience preferred.
• 1+ year ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum RN licensure with BLS; ACLS as required at hire level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environment and review patient records prior to procedures.
• Respond to life-threatening situations using nursing protocols.
• Provide nursing care in a technically complex environment.
• Educate patient and family on treatments and post-care.
