Job summary

Sentara Health in Suffolk, VA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab on the day shift. This full-time role runs a four 10-hour schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with call requirements and no weekends or holidays.

You will provide intra-procedural patient care, monitor and assist with sedation, document care, and circulate. Experienced RNs can expect 12–15 weeks orientation through Pre/Post and Procedural areas, joining a 15-person team led by an ACE-award-winning

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
• Current RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Prior cath lab, EP lab or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intra-procedural patient care and monitoring.
• Assist with moderate sedation and documentation.
• Circulating during procedures and ensuring patient safety.
• Rotate through Pre/Post and Procedural areas; orientation 12–15 weeks.
