Job summary

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Oregon is looking for an RN to support the Cardiac Cath Lab in angiographic and catheterization procedures. You will coordinate patient care, monitor patients, assist with sedation and education, and be part of a high-risk procedure team.

Requires current Oregon RN license and ALS/BLS on hire. Two years ICU/CCU or related critical care experience preferred, with on-call evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license.
• Advanced Life Support Certification/BLS upon hire.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in ICU, CCU or related critical care.
• Cardiac cath lab experience preferred.
• Ability to respond in emergencies during high-risk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine and therapeutic angiographic or catheterization procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Monitor, sedate analgesia, and educate patients; provide call coverage as required.
• Respond to emergencies during high-risk procedures.
