Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN for the Cath Lab (Cardiac Catheterization) to provide specialized nursing care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You will assist cardiologists, monitor patients, and ensure safe cardiovascular care.

Required: RN license in state of practice, BLS and ACLS certifications; CV-BC certification preferred. Prior cath lab or critical care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice is required
• BLS certification is required
• ACLS certification is required
• CV-BC certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Monitors vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status during procedures.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and sedation-related care within nursing scope.
• Assists cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Recognizes and responds promptly to cardiac emergencies and complications.
• Provides post-procedure monitoring and patient education.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation and follows sterile technique and patient safety protocols.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Minimum 1 year Cath Lab, cardiovascular, or critical care nursing experience
