Heart And Vascular Partners in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Cath Lab RN (Monitor/Circulator) to provide comprehensive care in pre-, intra-, and post-procedural settings for peripheral, coronary, and EP procedures. The role emphasizes cardiovascular assessment, sedation, radiation safety, and collaborative team involvement.

The position requires an RN with MO licensure, ADN/BSN, BLS, ACLS, and 1–2 years in critical or cardiac care. Variety of shifts; training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of MO (or eligible).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Moderate sedation competency and radiation safety training per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients pre-procedure, document history and anticoagulation status.
• Monitor vital signs, ECG, oxygenation, and hemodynamics during procedures.
• Circulate and prepare equipment, supplies, and sterile setup for cath lab procedures.
• Administer medications, contrast, and anticoagulants as ordered; perform ACT monitoring.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.
• Respond to emergencies (ACLS, defibrillation, cardioversion) as needed.
