Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Two years acute critical care experience (Cardiovascular, ICU, CVICU).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations.
• RN educator to peers, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and delivery of quality care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care and patient teaching.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff; verify orders and respond to patient needs.
• Assist with non-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic Cardiac Cath Lab procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional conduct.
