Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN to deliver high-quality peri-procedural care. You will assess patients, assist with procedures, monitor hemodynamics, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

The role offers a sign-on bonus, 40-hour weeks, and a day shift with on-call rotation. ADN is required; BSN preferred, with CPR/BLS due within 90 days and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in state of practice with ADN required at hire.
• BSN preferred; may require specific experience per department guidelines.
• CPR/BLS certification due within 90 days of hire; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/NRP per unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide nursing care during cardiac procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor hemodynamics and document care; collaborate with the team.
