Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South, part of Baptist Health, is seeking a Cath Lab RN for full-time day shift. The RN on this unit will supervise nursing personnel on shift including weekends and holidays to ensure quality patient care, and will collaborate with physicians and clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.

The role requires nursing degree and RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and may require ACLS/PALS or other certifications depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift and during weekends/holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
