Job summary

Abington Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at the Abington campus. This full-time, day-shift position requires delivering patient- and family-centered care and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and care partners.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse patients.

• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, family and staff to deliver care aligned with Jefferson Health values.
