Job summary

Trinity Health Oakland in Pontiac, MI, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab team. The facility operates multiple labs including EP, with a cutting-edge Hybrid OR supporting procedures like TAVR and valve repair.

The RN will assist cardiologists in invasive cardiovascular procedures and ensure patient readiness and safety throughout cases. Strong preference for Critical Care and Cath Lab experience; required MI RN license, BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
• Current State of Michigan RN License; BLS and ACLS

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and gowns for surgery to assist the cardiologist in all invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Performs specialized and complex invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Assists the cardiologist in all surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare patients and monitor their condition during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
