Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Cardiovascular Techs to join our Cath Lab Team at Trinity Oakland in Pontiac, MI. This is a full‑time position with rotating shift. Our lab features a state‑of‑the‑art Heart Catheterization (Cath) and Electrophysiology (EP) facility, offering comprehensive cardiovascular care within 5 advanced labs, including a dedicated EP lab, three Cath labs, and a hybrid operating room for procedures such as Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Structural Heart, Mitral Valve Repair (MVR), and device explants.

Job Duties

• Scrubs and gowns for surgery to assist the cardiologist in all aspects of invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Perform a variety of specialized and complex invasive and non‑invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist the cardiologist in all surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare patients and assist in monitoring the patient’s condition during invasive cardiovascular procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Education for RNs: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. BSN degree preferred or a written agreement to obtain a BSN within five years.
• Education for Cardiovascular Techs: Graduate of an approved school of Radiology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Nursing programs or equivalent.
• Licensure for RNs: Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License; BLS and ACLS certification.
• Licensure for Cardiovascular Techs: Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist with a specialty in invasive cardiology (CCI credentialing) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), preferred; BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong preference for critical care and/or Cath Lab experience.
