Job summary

Eastern New Mexico Medical Center is seeking a Cath Lab RN to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs and equipment, and participate in life-saving interventions.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure required (state or compact).
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care in cath lab settings.
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, and sedation levels during procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Assist cardiologist during catheterization and manage potential complications.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring and patient education.
