Job summary

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital in Tulsa is seeking a full-time Cath Lab RN to join our patient-centered team. The shift is 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some call and occasional late stays, and occasional cross-coverage with pre/post op.

This role includes leadership to non-licensed staff, delivering personalized care using the nursing process and innovative technology to achieve optimal outcomes. OSH offers a full benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of hire; ACLS classes offered after hire.
• Must be able to work 6:30am-3:00pm with some call and occasional late stay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by delegating and coordinating care.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients and families to plan and apply care.
• Utilize innovative technology and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
