Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree in nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assume responsibility for several patients during a designated time frame.
• Coordinate patient care with a collaborative team to ensure safety and quality.
• Follow physician and nursing orders and monitor patient progress.
• Assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
