Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in radiologic technology.
• ARRT certification obtained or eligible.
• Indiana State Board license or eligibility, with license required on first opportunity.
• Willing to work additional hours and weekends when requested.
• Willing to work one holiday per year.
• CPR certification is required.
• Willing to cross-train in at least one other modality.

Responsibilities

• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic, portable radiology equipment to obtain diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
• Positions patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures.
• Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures according to established standards and practices.
• May perform additional administrative and clinical duties for the department and organization.
