Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to deliver imaging and procedural support in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will assist with vascular procedures, maintain sterile technique, and ensure accurate documentation across PACS/EMR systems.

The role requires ARRT or CCIRCIS certification and at least two years in a cath lab or interventional radiology environment, with BLS and ACLS in place at hire. Strong communication and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT/CCI RCIS certification is required and maintained.
• Minimum two years of Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• Strong communication and patient education skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic technologist duties for vascular procedures with sterile technique and physician support.
• Apply radiographic imaging techniques and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Ensure safe administration of contrast materials and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain sterile fields and infection control practices.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions to ensure comfort.
• Input and manage patient data in PACS/EMR in real time.
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation with providers and billing.
