The lab requires flexibility to support multiple sites and on-call shifts. Requirements include ARRT certification, Oregon OBMI licensure, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• AR RT certification and Oregon license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or prior to independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during cases using radiologic imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, ultrasonography) in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Prepare patient and supplies under sterile conditions; scrub in with physician.
• Accurately obtain x-rays and ensure patient safety.
• Operate contrast injectors and select appropriate agents under physician guidance.
• Collaborate with staff to provide patient care during examinations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; coordinate borrowing equipment as needed.
• Work independently on-call with department physicians and nurses.
