Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to support physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and pulmonary angiography, operating digital cine radiographic equipment and providing hemodynamic monitoring and scrub assistance.

You will assist with LV wall motion and coronary artery analysis, including panning, collimation and filtering, and rotate across Interventional Cardiology areas. On-call with a 30-minute response time is required.

Qualifications

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and pulmonary angiographic procedures.
• Operate digital cine radiographic equipment and provide hemodynamic monitoring.
• Scrub assistance on diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Perform digital analysis of LV wall motion, coronary artery sizing and stenosis.

In this key role, you will assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and pulmonary angiographic procedures. This will include operating digital cine radiographic equipment, as well as providing hemodynamic monitoring and scrub assistance on diagnostic and interventional procedures.

The Cath Lab Technologist will assist with digital cine acquisition. You will perform digital analysis of LV wall motion, coronary artery sizing and stenosis. You'll be responsible for panning, collimation and filtering. You will rotate within Interventional Cardiology to include Pediatric Cath, Adult Cath, Peripheral Vascular and Electrophysiology. The position Includes on-call responsibilities with the expectation of a 30 minute response time.

Salary Range: $62.30 - $82.19/Hourly
