Job summary

Cooper Lighting Solutions is looking for a Cath Lab Tech, PRN at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. The role involves assisting physicians in invasive cardiac procedures and providing cardiovascular clinical care to patients. Applicants must have graduated from accredited RN, RCIS, and RCES programs and possess a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience. Required licenses include Georgia RN licensure, RCIS, and RCES certifications. Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are also mandatory upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program is required.
• 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience is required.
• Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists the physician in invasive cardiac procedures.
• Administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing procedures.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of Cath Lab equipment.
