Job summary

Mountain View Regional is seeking a Registered Cath Lab Technologist for a full-time role on Monday–Friday with rotating call. The Cardiovascular Invasive Technician will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, assisting physicians and ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.

The role involves operating advanced equipment, accurate data recording, and collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain workflow and quality care.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in cardiovascular or invasive procedures required
• RCIS certification required
• BCLS within 90 days of hire and ACLS required
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and device operation

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiovascular procedures while maintaining sterile technique
• Operate cardiovascular equipment safely and monitor patient status
• Record and verify data during procedures for accuracy
• Prepare and maintain detailed procedural documentation
• Ensure a safe acute care environment and patient comfort
• Support patient prep, positioning, and monitoring
• Coordinate with team for workflow and equipment readiness
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
