Job summary

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist III to supervise room staff and coordinate the Cath Lab schedule in Indiana. You will work to ensure efficient resource utilization during invasive cardiology procedures and uphold high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedures, maintaining safety, training new staff, and collaborating with providers. This role requires on-call duties and up to 20% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred Associate’s Degree in Radiology.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology.
• 1 year in x-ray technologist preferred.
• ARRT Certification - upon hire.
• ACLS - American Heart Association within 1 year.
• Licensure -
• CPR - within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the room staff’s performance and coordination of the room’s schedule.
• Interpret data gathered during procedures and recognize potential implications for patient care.
• Operate radiographic equipment with adherence to radiation safety procedures.
• Provide assistance to the Provider performing the procedure.
• Train and educate new employees in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Collaborate with the schedule coordinator to maximize department productivity.
