Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab environment.
• Understanding of K1 standards and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• 24‑hour management of designated units to ensure patient care meets the standard of care.
• Assure facility meets established standards, including K1 standards.
• Hold salaried and hourly staff accountable, coaching and developing them.
• Hold the team accountable and develop their skills through coaching.
