Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
• RN license and related critical care certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year lead experience in the modality; 2+ years cath lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and/or non-waived Point of Care Testing with approved competency.
• Assist with smooth patient flow by ensuring timely room turnover and preparation.
• Teach and direct the work of other staff and students as required, maintaining familiarity with procedures.
• Participate in process improvement teams and department surveys to support quality standards.
