Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL, is seeking a Cardiovascular Lab Technologist to scrub procedures or monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. The role requires readiness of the procedure room and coordination with the team.

The ideal candidate will have ARRRT-R/RCIS licensure, BCLS and ACLS in time, and prior cardiovascular lab experience. This full-time days position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and RCIS licensure required.
• Cardiovascular lab experience preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training with emphasis in invasive cardiology preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrub procedures or monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure the procedure room is prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor par level of all instruments and supplies.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
