Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Lab Tech to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cardiovascular Cath Lab. This is a Full-Time, Day shift located in Olympia Fields, IL. Under the physician's direction, you will scrub procedures, monitor physiologic/hemodynamic data, and ensure the room is prepared for procedures.

ARRT-R and RCIS are required, with BCLS and ACLS within 30 days. Prior lab experience and good computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and RCIS are required.
• BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and kept current.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous cardiovascular lab experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared for the procedure.
• Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies.
• Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
