Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills, CA, seeks an experienced Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join the Cath Lab team. You will assist in interventional procedures, position patients and equipment, and maintain safe monitoring during complex cardiac studies.

Required ARRT/CRT, fluoroscopy permit, BLS, and a minimum of 3 years in interventional radiology; RT-CI certification or plan to obtain within one year is expected to maintain status as a Tech II.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technology program is required.
• Current ARRT and CRT certifications required with fluoroscopy permit.
• BLS from AHA or Red Cross required; ACLS preferred.
• RT-CI specialty certification required or must be obtained within one year.
• Minimum 3 years of interventional radiology experience in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all procedures in the Cardiovascular Intervention Center as part of the Cath Lab team.
• Perform radiologic procedures at a professional technical level.
• Position patients and fluoroscopy equipment to obtain optimum views.
• Maintain safe patient care environment and monitor systems during procedures.
