Trinity Health is hiring a Cath Lab/IR Tech at St. Mary Medical Center in Bucks County. The role concentrates on interventional cardiovascular procedures, angiography, and image guidance for adult patients.

You will support physicians, maintain patient safety, and follow department protocols in a fast-paced environment. Requires RCIS/ARRT certification, BLS, and 1 year Cath Lab/IR experience. On-call responsibilities include a weekly day and weekend rotation, with occasional fluctuations.

Qualifications

• RCIS or ARRT certification required.
• Dysrhythmia course completed within 90 days of hire.
• BLS Certification required.
• 1 year Cath Lab/IR/EP experience preferred.
• On-Call commitment

Responsibilities

• Follow department protocol for procedures unless Radiologist specifies otherwise.
• Obtain and document patient history in appropriate systems with proper patient identification.
• Verify Doctor’s orders and provide quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Respond effectively in emergencies and follow infection control standards.
• Communicate with other departments professionally and ensure patient safety needs are met.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and prepare contrast materials as needed.
• Assist Radiologist in fluoroscopic procedures and bedside radiographs.
• Perform routine equipment checks and reporting of malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
