Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Thompson Peak Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN applies nursing principles to care for patients, manages medications and IVs, and supports families through pre- and post-procedure care.

Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians and staff, teaching patients about post-treatment and rehab, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced cardiac

Qualifications

• Active AZ nursing license or compact state license.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
• BLS certification required.
• National certification for unit-specific patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and physician orders.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, monitor patient status.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and home management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Education

BSN within 60 months

Associate or Diploma in Nursing

RN license

BLS Certification

National certification for unit-specific population (preferred)
