Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton site is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as angiography and vascular interventions. You will collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure safe, high-quality imaging for patients.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology and state licensure with ARRT preferred. Onsite schedule is 40 hours per week at 2014 Washington Street, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

• Proficiency in operating advanced imaging equipment and performing specialized procedures.
• Strong patient care skills with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous Cath Lab experience required
• Previous Interventional Radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including angiography, cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for optimal imaging results.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure images meet quality standards.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient safety by tracking vitals and responding to emergencies.
