Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Cardiac Cath or EP lab experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Associate's degree or accredited Surgical Technology program or accredited Radiology program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of Cardiac Cath Lab/ EP Lab principles and uses appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans using hospital protocols and current competencies.
• Completes documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participates in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure patient care standards are met.
• Completes assigned goals.
