Job summary

HCA Florida University Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab EP unit. This PRN role requires critical thinking and leadership in planning and delivering patient-focused care according to Florida nursing standards.

The ideal candidate will be an RN with an Associate Degree in Nursing and must obtain ACLS, BLS, and PALS within 30 days of start. Prior cath lab experience is preferred to support our patient-centered cardiac program.

Qualifications

• RN registered nurse with Florida license or pending licensure.
• ACLS, BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS or Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
