Job summary

SCA Health in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab to deliver comprehensive care during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. This role functions as a circulator, recovery nurse, procedural monitor, and sedation nurse for cardiac catheterization and related EP procedures, ensuring safety and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of cath lab, ED or PACU experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure patient safety during cath lab/EP procedures.
• Act as circulator, recovery RN, and procedural monitor for cardiovascular work.
• Administer moderate sedation and document procedures and orders.
• Prepare rooms, assist with pre/post-procedure care and transports.
• Maintain equipment readiness and support interdisciplinary team communication.
