Job summary

Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist in Louisville, Kentucky to join a high-acuity Cath Lab team supporting complex cardiac procedures.

The role is a permanent opportunity with strong compensation, relocation assistance, and training available for new graduates. Expect 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-call requirements, with a focus on adult cardiac care and transplant workups.

Qualifications

• RCIS/CI certification or completion of Cardiovascular Program.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 6–12 months of hire.
• New grads will be trained; experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure safety and sterility.
• Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide high-quality patient care and communication throughout procedures.
• Work with adult cardiac patients (18+).
• Involve transplant workups and surgical clearance cases.
